Conduct SPS Chair Review within SPS Review

To gain a better understanding of the task flows within SPS review, see SRB, SSD, and SPS Overview.

Within SPS Review, the SPS Chair Review is conducted after the SPS recommends tabling a request to the SPS Chair, and the SPS Secretary completes the SPS Review: Record SPS Results task.

Once a specific addendum review task has been selected, the task form instructions should be followed.

  1. Review all comments in the Internal Discussion section.
  2. Provide comments in the Internal Discussion.
  3. If the certification request requires more information, select Request Info from Agency and assign the task to either the agency representative/submitter or an alternate contract through email.
  4. If the request is ready for review, the SPS Chair can send the task back to the SPS Secretary to be checked for errors and reintroduced to the SPS Agenda.

After making your selection, click the button to complete the task.
